Online Ordering

Girli Girl Prom & Pageant is a full service specialty store. We have been servicing the Prom, Pageant and Formalwear customer for many years so we know how important your purchase is to you and we do everything possible to serve you. This includes discussing your purchase in detail before we process online orders.

It is extremely important that you review your online order carefully. Make sure you have referred to the manufacturer's size chart for the particular item you are purchasing and that you have followed the measuring instructions carefully.

When you submit your online order it will be very helpful to us if you include your actual Bust - Waist - Hip measurements. Any other details that you can provide, such as your height or other measurements that you believe would be helpful, is appreciated. All of this information can be added in the Comment box in the online order form.

The item(s) you purchase on our website will be special ordered just for you from the manufacturer, therefore we are unable to accept returns on any online purchases.

We work very closely with you to do everything possible to make sure that there will not be any problems with your purchase.

Payment

In our store, Girli Girl Prom & Pageant accepts cash, personal checks with proper ID, MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover for payment. MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover payments are accepted for online orders. Payment is expected in full at the time your dress is purchased or your dress order is placed.

Checks returned for non-payment are subject to a returned check fee. Please call or visit the store for details.

Special Financing

Girli Girl Prom & Pageant has a 30-day Layaway Program available with one-half of the purchase price down as initial payment for in-store purchases. Please call or visit the store for additional details.

Return Policy

There are no returns or exchanges on any items purchased and or placed on layaway at Girli Girl Prom & Pageant.
